i'm alive-promise!

i had many emails and phone calls from people the last few days checking to see if I was still alive. i am, it's just that i am alive and kicking outside of my office.

i am happy to report that the store opening is almost under way. at least my portion is complete. i would be happy to tell you all where to go so you can see this fabulous, new store but jeff told me to not mention it on the blog. blog world creeps him out and he wants to keep me safe. family and friends, just call or shoot me an email and i will tell you where to go to see the pretty, new location and pretty, new furniture that yours truly put together. Please do not sit in the dining chairs though, I can not guarantee that they will all not fall down like Goldilocks. I was in charge of all those stickin, no good, pain in the rear end chairs.

tomorrow, i am back in the office so i will come back tomorrow with a few funny tales that i have been jotting down in my handy, dandy notebook to tell you.

i will leave you with one quick story now, let's call it a bedtime story since it is 10:30 at night when I am typing this.

You know you are busy when...

you send out two encouragment cards to two different people and then you swap the cards and send them to the wrong person.

thankfully, these two know each other and were able to swap them out.

and one, thought i needed a good laugh, so she called and told me what i did. it's all good, it was funny and gave me a good story to tell.
